摘要 肥厚型心肌病是一种以心室肌肥厚为特征的遗传异质性疾病,人群患病率为1/500[1]。肥厚型心肌病患者临床表现和自然病史各异,猝死为其最严重的并发症,甚至可以是一些患者的首发症状。研究表明,肥厚型心肌病患者年猝死发生率≤1%[2-3]。
