摘要
肺动脉高压是一种慢性不可治愈的疾病,近10年来其治疗有了长足的进步,但是靶向药物治疗费用昂贵,不良反应多,亟待需要新药物的出现。阿托伐他汀以其不良反应小、药价低廉等优点将有望成为治疗肺动脉高压的有效药物。现将肺动脉高压定义、发病机制、病理生理改变、阿托伐他汀多效性等方面作如下综述。
Pulmonary hypertension is a chronic,incurable disease.There has been great progress in treatment over the last decade,but the high cost of targeted drug therapy and the side effects of treatment are a hindrance.Atorvastatin is an effective drug and has few side effects.This article describes the disease from the definition of pulmonary hypertension,pathogenesis,pathophysiology,and atorvastatin.
