心外膜细胞在心脏发育及再生的研究进展

摘要 心外膜是由前体心外膜细胞逐渐分化形成并覆盖于心脏表面的间皮组织。研究表明,哺乳动物心外膜细胞具有多向分化的潜能,因而心外膜细胞现已成为心肌再生领域的研究热点。现就心外膜细胞功能、标志基因及其在心脏再生领域研究进展做一综述,并展望其研究前景。 The epicardium is a mesothelium forming the outermost layer of the heart,which is raised from the proepicardium cells.Previous researches showed the differentiation potential of epicardial cells in mammals,thus the epicardial cells became the research focus in the field of myocardial regeneration.In this paper,we reviewed the functions,mark genes,and the progress in myocardial regeneration of epicardial cells,and then addressed the research prospects.
