摘要
随着油气开发技术的不断进步和油价持续上涨,油砂资源将成为常规油气的重要补充。按照国际通用的石油储量评估准则并考虑主要油砂资源国的储量评估规范进行油砂储量评估,为油公司参与油砂项目开采竞争及制定能源发展战略提供重要依据。介绍了基于国际通用准则SPE—PRMS下各级油砂资源储量的定义及分类要求,结合加拿大油砂储量评估规范,详细分析油砂3P储量和条件储量的划分依据,重点研究了容积法油砂储量评估中各参数的确定并进行了实例剖析,为合理评估油砂储量提供重要参考。
Along with the continuous improvement of oil and gas developing techniques and escalating high oil price, oil sand resources will become an important supplement of conventional petroleum. Based on international u- niversal estimating standards for petroleum reserves and the evaluating regulations of the major countries with oil sand resources, the reserves of oil sand are estimated, thus the study above has provided an important theoretical foundation for participating in oil-sand project competition and establishing energy development strategy. On the ha- sis of the international universal standards - SPE-PRMS Rules, different levels of oil sand resources/reserves defini- tions and classifying requirements are introduced. Combined with the evaluating standards of Canadian oil sand re- serves, the classifying evidences for 3P and contingent reserves of oil sand are analyzed in detailed, the studies are focused on the each parameter determination when using volumetric evaluating method and moreover the analyses of the history case. All the achievements above have provided important references for the reasonable assessment of oil sand reserves.
