高校诚信文化传播模式初探

A Study of Communication Mode of Credit Culture at Universities

文化引领是解决社会诚信缺失和道德失范问题的重要手段。高校作为先进文化创造、研究和传播的前沿,其诚信文化对大众的思维方式、文化心理、价值观念、生活习惯和行为规范等起着引领作用。本文以拉斯韦尔传播模式为视角,探索高校诚信文化的人际传播、内向传播、群体传播、组织传播和类大众传播类型;以科学发展观为指导,从情境设置、动机培养、噪音控制、角色转换和反馈机制的构建等方面探索诚信文化传播的发展模式。而构筑完善的传播体系,建立诚信文化传播长效机制,是实现高校诚信文化,推动全民族文明素质提高的重要途径。

Culture leading is an important means to solve the problems of lack of honesty and moral anomie.University is the forefront of creating,researching and disseminating the advanced culture.Credit culture of university plays a leading role among people in thinking style,cultural psychology,value concept,living habit,code of conduct and so on.From the perspective of the communication mode of Lasswell,this paper explores the communication types such as interpersonal,introverted,group,organization,and common modes.Besides,guided by scientific outlook on development,it explores the development mode of the spread of cultural credit from the construction of situation setting,motivation training,noise control,role conversion and feedback system,so as to build a perfect communication system and establish the mechanism of long-term propagation of an ethical culture.It is an important way to realize the social function of credit culture in improving the entire nation＇s of civilization by university.
