红毛五加化学成分研究

STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF ACANTHOPANAX GIRALDII HARMS

自红毛五加的茎皮中得到4个化合物,鉴定为紫丁香树脂酚(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜甙(Ⅱ)、常春藤皂甙元3-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖甙(Ⅲ)和齐墩果酸3-O-β-D-O-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖甙(Ⅳ)。该4种成分均系首次从红毛五加中得到。

Four compounds were isolated for the first time from the stem bark of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms. On the evidence of chemical and spectrosco- pic analysis, these compounds were identified as syringaresinol, daucosterol, hederagenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2) -α-L-arabinopyranoside and oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside, respectively.
