摘要
陕北某煤矿主采煤层2,4层煤为浅埋近距离煤层。为满足生产要求,1402运输顺槽需进行返修支护,由于受上部2层煤采空区影响,巷道部分顶板已经冒落失稳,支护困难。文中应用FLAC模拟软件建立相应的计算模型,分析了近距离煤层群开采引起的应力变化,结合现场监测结果进行分析,得到运用锚索与托梁联合支护下浅埋近距离煤层运输顺槽围岩变形规律。现场试验表明:返修支护方案是可行的,保证了运输顺槽巷道围岩的稳定,满足了该煤矿安全生产的需要,提出的锚索与工字钢联合支护技术对类似工程有一定的参考价值。
The main mining coal seams 2 ,4# of a coal mine in north Shaanxi are shallow-buried short distance coal seams. The 1402 haulage gate needs maintenance support in order to meet the production requirement. Affected by the goaf of 2# coal seam, roof caving has partially appeared in the roadway, and this made the supporting work difficult. Applying FLAC simulation software, this paper established rele- vant calqulating model, analyzed the stress change caused by the mining of contiguous seams, and ob- tained the deformation law of the haulage gate surrounding rocks in the short distance seam with applica- tion of combined support with anchor and joist. The field tests showed that:this maintenance supporting scheme is feasible and it ensured haulage gate roadway' s surrounding rocks stability, met the requirements of safety production. The technology of combined support with anchor and I-joist proposed in this paper has reference value to similar project.
