摘要
以马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)为相容剂,改善竹粉与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的界面相容性,再用热压工艺制备竹塑复合材料。试验结果表明:相容剂用量对板材力学性能影响最为显著,相容剂用量增加到6%时,复合材料弯曲强度、拉伸强度和冲击强度分别增加了66.17%、72.04%和63.73%,吸水厚度膨胀率下降了36.19%,各项性能达到最优。综合生产成本、效率和节能等因素,确定最优工艺参数为竹塑配比7:3、相容剂用量6%、热压温度180℃、热压时间8min。
Maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (MAPE) was used to improve the interracial compatibility of bamboo powder and high density polyethylene (HDPE). Then Bamboo Plastic Composite was made by hot pressing. The results showed that the compatilizer content had the most influence on the mechanical properties of composites. When it reached to 6%, the flexural strength, tensile strength and impact strength increased 66.17%, 72.04% and 63.73% separately, and the absorbent thickness expansion rate decreased 36.19%. The optimal parameter was bamboo plastic ratio 7:3, compatilizer content 6%, hot pressing temperature 180℃ and time 8min.
