摘要
复分解法生产硫酸钡(BaSO4)过程中,硫化钡(BaS)和NaSO4精制溶液化合终点应尽可能达到等当点,以避免对Na2S的回收产生不利影响。分析传统沉淀滴定法的缺点,并根据碱土金属的性质,提出了一种新的络合滴定法,实验证明了此方法具有可行性与准确性,对实际生产起到了提高开车率、增加经济效益的作用。
In the production process of barium sulfate by barium sulfide (BaS) and mirabilite or sodium sulfate (Na2 SO4 ) using double decomposition method, the combined end-point should reach the equivalent point in order to aviod the adverse effects for Naz S recovery. To analyze the shortcomings of traditional methods. According to the property of alkaline earth metal, to present a kind of new complex titration method. Experimental results showed that the method had feasibility and accuracy, and could improve operation rate,increase the economic benefits for the actu al production.
