摘要
目的:建立舒胸速释微丸的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,研究三七、红花、川芎饮片与舒胸速释微丸指纹图谱的相关性。方法:采用KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)和0.05%的磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:203nm。结果:舒胸速释微丸标出16个共有峰,指认了其中的5个峰,分别为羟基红花黄色素A(2号峰)、阿魏酸(7峰)、三七皂苷R(112峰)、人参皂苷Rg(113峰)和人参皂苷Rb(115峰)。结论:建立的舒胸速释微丸的HPLC指纹图谱重复性好,专属性强,可用于舒胸速释微丸的质量评价,为舒胸速释微丸的质量控制提供完善的科学依据。
Objective: To establish the method of HPLC fingerprint analysis on the Shuxiong immediate-release pellets, and to study the correlation of HPLC fingerprint of the Notogingseng Radix et Rhizoma, Carthami Flos and Chuanxiong Rhizoma in the Shuxiong immediate-release pellets. Methods:The sepearation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 um) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile(A)-phosphoric acid(0.05%) solution(B) for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and detected wavelength was 203 nm. Results:The sixteen common peaks were separated from Shuxiong immediate-release pellets, of which 5 peaks were shared by hydrosafflor yellow A (2 peak), ferulic acid (7 peak), Panax notoginoside R1 (12 peak), Ginseng saponins Rg1 (13 peak) and Ginseng saponins Rb, (15 peak). Conclusion: There exists a correlation of HPLC fingerprint of Shuxiong immediate-release pellets with the medicinal pieces of Notogingseng Radix et Rhizoma, Carthami Flos and Chuanxiong Rhizoma with HPLC fin- gerprint repeatability and strong specificity. This will provide a reference for the rules of the compatibility and component research of Shuxiong immediate-release pellets.
