摘要
本文对巴西剑麻的柔软处理工艺进行了优化研究,利用正交试验分析得出,先将剑麻纤维经过碱液煮炼预处理后,再利用柔软剂JY-AK(按原料比重的5﹪,浴比为1:20)在70℃的温度下闷放6小时进行湿态处理后,剑麻纤维的柔软度最好。
In this paper, a softening process on the Brazilian sisal fiber was studied. An optimal technology was obtained by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the flexibility of sisal fiber could be mostly improved under 5% of the softener JY-AK, 1:20 of the material to water, 70℃ of temperature and 6 of time.
