摘要
本文研究了高温高压蒸煮和微波辅助加热高压对剑麻叶片进行脱胶的方法,探讨了剑麻叶片最具代表全叶纤维含量的部位。结果表明:两种脱胶方法的反应时间分别为40 min和12min,整个脱胶过程分别是100 min和15 min;剑麻叶片的横向中段20 cm,纵向次中部总宽度为1/4L部位的纤维含量可代表全叶的纤维含量。通过选取叶片中代表性部位,采用脱胶时间较短的微波辅助高压脱胶法可在较短时间内测定剑麻叶片中的纤维含量。
In this paper, the sisal degumming methods of high temperature and high pressure cooking and microwave assisted heating with high pressure were studied. The typical part of sisal blade in which the fiber content could be the closest to that of the whole blade' s was discussed. The results showed that the reaction time of the two degumming methods were 40 min and 12 min, but the time of the whole degumming processes needed 100 min and 15 rain respectively. The typical fiber content part was transversely around 20 cm and longitudinally 1/4 width of sub-central of the whole blade. The fiber content of typical sisal blade parts tested by using the degumming method of microwave assisted heating with high pressure that costed less degumming time. could represent the fiber content of a whole blade.
