摘要
介绍了高矿化度矿井水的水质特点,系统阐述了该类矿井水的净化处理和深度处理技术。将该技术应用于清水营煤矿矿井水处理项目中,净化处理采用混凝、澄清和过滤工艺,深度处理采用自清洗过滤、超滤和反渗透工艺,出水各项指标达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求。处理后出水作为煤矿生产和生活用水,解决了矿井外排污染问题和煤矿缺水问题。经过2年多的运行实践表明:工艺合理、稳定可靠、出水水质好、操作管理简单。
In this paper the characteristics of highly-mineralized mine water was analyzed and the purification and advanced treatment technology for this kind of mine water was systematically studied.This technology has been applied in a mine water treatment project in Qingshuiying Coal Mine.The purification treatment process was coagulation,clarification and filtration.The advanced treatment process was laminate filter,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.The effluent quality of the purification and advanced treatment can meet the 'Standards for Drinking Water Quality'.The effluent,after treatment,can be used as production and drinking water,which solved the problems of water resource shortage and mine water pollution.The operating practice in more than two years showed that this technology has the characteristics of reliable performance,good effluent quality,simple management and operation.
