精神分裂症患者病耻感的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 精神分裂症是一种常见的病因尚未完全阐明的精神疾病,多起病于青壮年,常有特殊的思维、知觉、情感和行为等多方面的障碍和精神活动与环境的不协调.本病早期恰当治疗可获得较好疗效,但康复期患者的病耻感严重影响着患者的自信心,也间接地影响着患者的社会适应和生活质量.近年来随着精神病学临床治疗技术的快速发展和心理学研究的进步,使得医生不仅仅停留在精神症状的治疗,正越来越重视患者的心理康复状况,从心理方面、周围环境和社会功能方面对患者的病耻感关注和评估,为精神分裂症患者更好康复和回归提供重要帮助.国内外学者进行了较多精神分裂症患者病耻感的相关研究,笔者对近年的研究进展做一综述.
