"恐惧"心理是防卫与控制技术训练中经常出现的、一种有着极大负面作用的不良心理。笔者就其表现形式、产生原因及对策与建议进行粗浅评析,以期对症下药,使防卫与控制技术训练效益最大化。

Fear is a kind of typical psychological which often appears in catching and grappling training and leads negative interaction. According to its manifestation, reason and countermeasure, the penman is now giving some analyses aiming to make the training of catching and grappling the most effective.
