舒心口服液对室性心律失常患者QT离散度的影响

摘要 目的:探讨舒心口服液对室性心律失常患者QT离散度(QTd)的影响。方法:室性心律失常患者130例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各65例,治疗组口服舒心口服液,对照组口服心律平。所有患者均在用药前及用药后1个月检测QTd与24 h动态心电图。结果:两组患者用药后1个月较用药前QTd均有明显的改变(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率50.76%,对照组有效率49.23%。两组疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒心口服液和心律平片对室性心律失常患者均可降低QTd,减少室性心律失常发作次数,且舒心口服液不良反应少。 Objective :To explore the effects of Shuxin Oral Liquid on the QT dispersion of patients with ventricular arrhythmias. Meth ods:130 patients with ventricular arrhythmias were randomly divided into two groups of 65 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Shuxin Oral Liquid while the control group was given oral administration of propafenone. QTd and 24 h dynamic ECG changes of all patients were detected before and one month after treatment. Results : QTd of patients in two groups were significantly changed after treated for one month compared with that before treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ). The effective rate of the treatment group was 50. 76%. The effective rate of the control group was 49.23%. The therapeutic effects of both groups were almost the same and the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The adverse effects of the treatment group were less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The Shuxin Oral Liquid and propafenone tablets can reduce QTd of patients with ven tricular arrhythmias and the number of attacks of ventricular arrhythmias. Besides,Shuxin Oral Liquid has less adverse reaction.
