中药复方治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Primary Thrombocytopenic Purpura by Chinese Herbal Compound Prescription

目的:探讨中药复方治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将52例原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者随机分为对照组27例和治疗组25例。对照组采用激素等常规治疗,可根据病情采用肾上腺皮质激素(首选)、免疫抑制剂、免疫球蛋白、促血小板生成药等药物治疗。治疗组25例,在常规治疗基础上采用自拟中药治疗,具体方药如下:生地黄15 g,玄参15 g,赤芍12 g,牡丹皮12 g,白花蛇舌草30 g,半枝莲15 g,山慈菇15 g,焦三仙各15 g,甘草6 g。3个月为1个疗程。观察疗效及治疗前后血小板数量比较。结果:对照组痊愈6例,有效4例,无效17例,有效率37.1%;治疗组痊愈15例,有效6例,无效4例,有效率84.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者与治疗前比较血小板的数量均明显增多。结论:中药复方治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal compound prescription in the treatment of primary thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods ：52 cases of primary thromboeytopenic purpura patients were randomly divided into the control group （27 cases） and the treatment group （25 cases）. The control group was treated by routine therapy, and adrenal cortical hormone （the first choice） , immunosuppressive agents,immunoglobulin, medicine of promoting thromboeytopoiesis could be used for the control group according to patients＇ condition. The treatment group was treated by selfproduced Chinese medicine on the basis of routine therapy for one treatment course of three months. Components of Chinese medicine were crude rehmannia glutinosa 15 g, Radix Scrophulariae 15 g, red paeony root 12 g,Paeonia suffruticosa 12 g,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae 30 g,Scytekarua barbvata 15 g,Cremastra appendiculata 15 g, charred tlordeum vulgare 15 g, charred Fructus Crataegi 15 g ,charred medicated leaven 15 g,radix glyeyrrhizae 6g. Therapeutic effects and quantity of platelets were compared before and after the treatment. Results：In the control group,6 cases were cured,4 were effec tively treated ,2 were ineffectively treated and the effective rate was 37.1% ;in the treatment group, 15 cases were cured ,6 were effec tively treated ,4 were ineffectively treated and the effective rate was 84.0%. Comparison of two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Quantity of platelets after the treatment obviously increased compared with before the treatment. Conclusion：Chinese herbal com pound prescription has notable curative effect in treatment of primary thrombocytopenic purpura.
