摘要
综述国内外从20世纪90年代以来区域电网互联海底电缆输电工程建设,分析各国跨海域联网工程发展趋势,为国内跨海联网工程建设输电电压方式的研究,尤其是海南联网二期工程电压方式的选择提供借鉴和参考。讨论了直流输电用于海缆工程的优点与固有缺陷以及柔性直流技术应用于海底电缆输电工程的优势。
For the study on voltage level selection of submarine cable projects for cross-ocean power transmission in China,especially for the follow-up interconnection project of Hainan Power Grid with Guangdong Power Grid,this paper makes a review on the implementation of submarine cable projects for regional power grid interconnection worldwide since 1990s.The advantages and inherent defects of DC transmission with submarine cable as well as the dominant of VSC HVDC transmission with submarine cable are also discussed.
