摘要
电网强迫功率振荡事故的处置经验相对缺乏,值得深入研究。分析近年来南方电网多起强迫功率振荡事故,指出强迫振荡与弱阻尼(或负阻尼)振荡的差异,提出南方电网应急处置强迫振荡事故的措施,并建议在南方电网总调能量管理系统(EMS)增加基于同步相量测量装置(PMU)数据的暂态能量流计算功能,以便于快速、准确锁定振荡源。
The treatment of forced oscillation failures in power grid is worth to study as there is lack of experiences.Analyzing the forced oscillation failures occurred in China Southern Power Grid(CSG) in recent years,and pointing out the difference between the forced oscillation and the low/negative dump oscillation,this paper proposes the measures of emergency disposal for the forced oscillation failures,and advices to add,based on the PMU data,a function of calculating the transient energy flow to the EMS in the Power Dispatching Control Center of CSG so to locate the oscillation source quickly and accurately.
