交流站控系统母线分列运行跳闸事故分析及其跳闸逻辑改进 被引量:2

摘要 结合深圳换流站交流站控系统母线分列运行跳闸逻辑,对深圳换流站500 kV交流母线分列运行导致贵广Ⅱ回直流输电系统极Ⅱ跳闸典型事例进行了分析,指出该交流站控系统母线分列运行跳闸逻辑存在设计缺陷,提出了增加母线分列判断逻辑、修改交流母线分列运行闭锁单极逻辑和在单母线运行时退出母线分列运行跳闸功能等三项改进措施,前两项措施已在深圳换流站实施,第三项可作为单母线运行时所采取的临时安全措施。 According to the tripping logic of AC station control system under busbar seperated operation at Shenzhen Converter Station,the paper analyzes the typical tripping accident of Guizhou Guangdong II Line HVDC Project Pole I caused by 500 kV AC busbars seperated operation in the station,and points out that there are design defects in the busbars seperated operation tripping logic.Three proposals are given such as adding criterion logic to determine the busbars Seperated operation status,mending the pole closing logic for AC busbars under seperated operation and withdrawing the tripping function of busbars seperated operation when single busbar is operating.The previous two measures have implemented at Shenzhen Converter Station,the third could be a temporary fafety measure when single busbar is operating.
