Remote effect of ciprofloxacin on osteoarticular condition in chidren

目的 探讨环丙沙星 (CIP)对儿童骨关节的远期安全性。方法 治疗组使用 CIP后近期观察全身状况、关节红肿痛 ,远期摄膝腕关节片、测骨密度 ,并与对照组相比较 ,从性别、年龄、民族、身高、体重、关节痛、关节片等因素分析。结果 治疗组与对照组相比 ,在性别、年龄、民族、身高、体重、关节摄痛、关节片等方面均无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective To study the remote effect of ciprofloxacin on osteoarticular condition in children. Methods The observation about remote X ray condition of knee and wrist jonte and general condition were carried out in treated group and control group. Results There were not different in sex,age,nationality,hight,weight,articular pain between two groups. Conclusion The usefulness of ciprofloxacin in children was safe.
