多年来,尤其是建市以来,清远文学发展的势头良好,诗歌、小说、散文及报告文学、儿童文学、文学评论、戏剧等文学体裁都有代表性的作家。队伍结构趋于合理,老一辈作家仍保持着旺盛的创作实力,以他们丰富的创作经验和对文学艺术的独特理解,为清远创作了多部文学作品;中年作家成了清远创作的中坚力量;青年一代显示出强劲的发展潜力。

Over the years, since Qingyuan City is founded especially, Development of Qingyuan literature has showed its momentum. Emblematic writers have appeared in the area of poetry, novels, essays, reportage, children＇s literature, literary review, drama and so on. The team tends to be more constructional. The older generation has showed their outstanding strength in writing with their rich experience and unique understanding for literature; the middle ages have been the hard core and the Youths show their enormous potentials on writing.
