摘要
参照相关设计标准,基于MATLAB编程方法,对徐工GKS28E高空作业平台的稳定性进行计算分析。该方法可实现高空作业平台在全变幅角度、全作业高度范围内的任意组合状态的稳定性自动计算。计算结果表明该产品的稳定性符合要求,且通过欧美认证实验充分验证了该方法的正确性,这种方法对以后类似产品的稳定性设计具有很好的指导意义。
According to related design standards, programming calculation method of MATLAB is used to calculate the stability of the GKS28E aerial work platform made by XCMG. This method can automatically carry out the stability calculations of the platform in the state of any combination of the whole amplitude and working height scope. The result indicates that this product's stability meets the requirement. The outcome of the European and American authenticated examination not only verifies this calculation result, hut also proves the correctness of the calculation method. The method used in this paper can be a good guide for the similar product's stability calculations in the future.
