摘要
钢卷翻转输送机是钢铁生产企业辅助工作装备,在热轧钢带和冷轧钢带生产中,都需要大量的钢卷翻转输送机。钢卷翻转输送机的设计要点,既要降低翻转过程中的翻转力矩,又要提高钢卷翻转工作效率,保证操作安全性。钢卷翻转输送机的负载全部由车轮承受,车轮强度的大小,关系到输送机的使用寿命。通过对钢卷输送机车轮的计算校核和solidworks环境下的静力分析,验证了车轮设计的合理性。
