In the year of 2011, China＇s above-designated enterprises in the cotton spinning industry witnessed an accumulated total industrial output value of 1,570 billion yuan with a year-on-year growth of 30%, increasing 20 percentage points than that in 2009 and almost the same with the year of 2010. In terms of total industrial output value, the industry labor capacity is 610,000 yuan/person.
