The Experiment of Emergency Treatment and Nursing in 4 Cases of Acute Thyrotoxic Myopathy

报告 4例急性甲亢肌病的抢救及护理经过 ,主要有做好呼吸道管理 ,及时吸痰 ,防止窒息 ,必要时行气管切开 ,辅助呼吸机 ,保证气道畅通。及时准确使用药物的同时 ,强调强有力抗感染 ,支持治疗的重要性 ,执行严格的基础护理 ,做好健康宣教工作 ,减少并发症 。

We reported the emergency treatment and nursing of four acute thyrotoxic myopathy.The main nursing procedures were airway management,aspirating sputum to prevent airway obstrucation.If necessary,We incise the trachea in order to keep airway smoothly or use respirator.The necessity of using proper drugs correctly and timely,as well as the importance of controlling infection and good supporting treatment would be emphasized.And we must perform nursing strictly and propagandize the knowledge of acute thyrotoxic myopathy to patients,the complications and the fatality rate would be reduced.
