基于交易费用的我国节能服务产业链整合研究

On Industrial Chain Integration About China Energy-saving Service Based on Transaction Costs Theory

在市场和政策驱动下,节能概念在全国范围内日益升温,节能服务产业的实践也在不断推进,但国内对节能服务产业的理论研究水平却落后于实践发展,其中对节能服务产业链结构及整合进行的分析更是少之又少。基于交易费用视角,本文对我国节能服务产业链进行研究,通过建立我国节能服务产业链整合机制,以求对我国节能服务产业发展起到促进作用。

Driven by the market and policy, energy - saving concept is increasingly emphasized, the practice about energy - saving industry is also increasingly implemented, but the theory research level is far behind the practice, especially the analysis of industrial chain structure and integration about China energy - saving service is very little. In view of this, this paper studies the industrial chain about China energy - saving service based on transaction costs theory, then builds industrial chain integration mechanism, in order to promote the development of China energy - saving service industry.
