摘要
用金膜电极微分阳极溶出伏安法测定了富硒酵母在兔体内的药物动力学参数:半衰期(t_(1/2))4.15h,吸收速率常数(h_a)0.444h^(-1),消除速率常数(k)0.167h^(-1),药物达峰时间(T_(max))3.744h,药时曲线下面积(AUC_(0→∝))623.75ng/ml·h。实验结果表明,富硒酵母较亚硒酸钠具有生物利用度大、维持时间长、峰浓度高的特点,是一优于亚硒酸钠的补硒剂。
Pharmacokinetic parameters of selenium enriched yeast in rab-
bits after oral administration were determined by differential anodic stripping
voltammetry using gold membrane electrode: t_(1/2)4.15h, K_a 0.444h^(-1), k 0.167h^(-1),
T_(max)3.744h, AUC_(0→∞) 623.74ng/ml·h. The results indicated that selenium enriched
yeast had better bioavailability, longer effect and higher peak concentration than
sodium selenite.
