摘要
为延长桥梁缆索的使用寿命,必须确定其失效机理。通过调研国内外大量的桥检资料,将现场取回的桥梁缆索钢丝做断口电镜扫描(SEM)后,对缆索钢丝断口的两种特殊类型(阶梯状断口和杯口状断口)进行了失效机理分析。结果表明,阶梯状断口主要是由于腐蚀疲劳所致;在钢丝无明显锈蚀,当外界荷载超过钢丝的极限承载力时出现塑性破坏是导致杯口状断口的主要原因。
To lengthen the service life of bridge cables, cording to investigation of bridge-testing data from home and of bridge cables fetched from testing ground using electron its failure modes must be ascertained. Acabroad, and fracture analysis of steel wires microscope scanning, two special fracture (cascade fracture & cup and cone-shaped fracture) failure modes of steel wires of bridge cables have been analyzed. The results show that son that leads to cup and cone-shaped cascade fracture mainly arises from corrosion fatigue;the main reafracture is plastic failure which is caused when steel wire corrosion is not serious and external load exceeds ultimate load carrying capacity of steel wire.
