摘要 目的:采用床旁教学模式并结合以问题为基础的学习方法与传统教学方法的效果比较,找出临床实习的最佳教学方式。方法:将2010年临床护理实习生84人随机分为两组,采用试验组与对照组分别讲授的方法进行临床带教,以学生出科理论与操作考试成绩结合教师综合评估进行对比分析。结果:试验组教学方法理论考试成绩与传统式教学方法有明显变化,综合评定项目成绩前者优于后者。结论:采用床旁教学模式并结合以问题为基础的学习方法可以提升护患沟通能力、评判性思维能力、动手能力(处置、文件书写),并充分调动学生主观能动性,培养主动思维模式,最终提高临床实习效果。 Objective:To find out the best teaching mode of clinical practice through comparison between model of bedside teaching combined with problem -based learning and traditional teaching method. Methods:Totally 84 clinical nursing interns in 2010 were randomly divided into experiment and control group, the experiment group and the control group were taught by adopting respeetively teaching method in clinical teaching, All of them took an examination with teacher's comprehensive assessment at the end of the clinical practice. Results :The test scores of teaching method theory were no significant change between these tow groups, but teacher's comprehensive assessment in experimental group was much better than in control. Conclusion:Adopting the model of bedside teaching combined with problem - based learning not only can promote communication between nurses and patients and problem - solving capability ,critical thinking ability as well as performing ability, but also fully mobilize the initiative to develop active thinking, and ultimately to enhance clinical learning.
