右胸前外侧小切口不停心跳直视手术在ASD修补术中的应用

目的探讨右胸前外侧小切口不停心跳直视手术在房间隔缺损（ASD）修补术中的临床意义。方法对170例AsD串者采用有胸前外侧小切口不停心跳心内直视手术的资料进行回顾性分析。结果170例手术均顺利，无死亡病例，术后血流动力学稳定，170例患者均痊愈出院；术后随访心功能恢复良好，切口瘢痕小。结论右胸前外侧小切口心内直视术式治疗ASD，临床应用安全、疗效满意，可作为治疗ASD一种常规术式使用。

Objective To investigate the treatment and clinical significance about the open heart surgery with right anterolateral thoracotomy on beating heart in the atrial septal defect. Methods Collected our hospital＇ s cardiovascular surgery patients with the 170 cases after nearly two years which treated by this surgical treatment, discussed and analysis their per-surgery and after-surgery treatment indicators and results. Results There was no operative mortality, postoperative hemodynamic stability, were cured. Patients were followed up a good heart function, a small scar. Conclusion The surgical procedure is easy to master, the clinical features of safety, appearance, results are satisfactory, the treatment of atrial septal defect surgery with commonly used incision, can be used as a routine surgical procedure.
