锥头导管选择性输卵管疏通术临床应用

The clinical application of cone-shaped duct in selective salpingostomy

目的研究自行设计的导管和应用介入放射学方法对阻塞性输卵管疏通的价值。方法对 10 0 8例不孕症妇女的 15 84条不通的输卵管进行了选择性输卵管疏通术。结果插管成功率97 3% (15 42 / 15 84) ,疏通率 92 5 % (146 5 / 15 84)插管失败 42支 (2 7% ) ,受孕率 396例 (39 3% )。并发症 :73例 (7 2 % )产生逆流 ,两支输卵管穿通。结论导管设计合理 ,具有简单、安全、成功率高 ,便于基层开展的特点。

Objective To evaluate of the value with cone- shaped duct and interventional radiology in selective salpingostomy. Methods 1584 fallopian tubes block from 1 008 cases with infertility were treated by selective salpingostomy. Results The success rates of intubate and the dredge rates of fallopian tubes were 97.3%(1 542/1 584) and 92.5%(1 465/1 484) respectivily. The fertile rates was 39.3%(396/1 008).73 cases of 1 008 infertility was examied complication regurgitation and oviductal transfixation. Conclusion Cone-shaped duct devised reasonable that simplicity, safty and to help the develop in base hospital.
