摘要
应用内凝胶-戊二醛固定化酵母细胞的新方法,以AMP为原料,在最适的反应液中能高效地产生ATP。其转化率高达90%左右,持续反应达10天,固定化酵母细胞的活力和强度均未下降。
Using yeast cells immobilized by internal gelation of alginate-glutaraldehyde, for ATP production from AMP at optimum conditions about90% yield was obtained. The activity and strength of immobilized yeastcells did not decrease after prolonged reaction for 10 days.
