摘要
城市化建设过程中,集体建设用地流转是重要问题。天津近郊城市化集体建设用地的使用,采取"以宅基地换房"模式+"集体土地流转"方法,推动了城市化进程和非农产业的发展,是集体建设用地流转的有益尝试。
The circulation of the collective construction land is an important problem m me process of the urbanization. The construction lands used in urbanization in the suburbs of Tianjin are gained in two ways, which are to change the homestead into house and to make the collective land into circulation. This mode promotes the development both in agriculture and non-agricultural industries and it is a benefit attempt for the circulation of collective construction land.
