摘要
转型发展是资源型城市实现可持续发展的根本出路,经济转型归根结底是从资源依赖到创新驱动的转型,即核心是提升区域创新能力。作为经济增长方式转变的微观推动者,企业家对于提升区域创新能力、促进资源型城市的经济转型具有重要意义。本文就企业家人力资本对于区域创新能力的影响机理进行了理论分析,以煤炭资源大省山西为例,应用面板数据模型对理论进行了验证。本文的理论与实证分析表明,企业家人力资本的提升是资源型地区转型发展的关键。
It is important for sustainable development of resources-based cities to change economic growth mode. This kind of transition needs the cities shaking off resource dependence and dependlng on innovation, It means promoting the regional innovation abillty. As the pusher of changing economic growth mode, entrepreneur is important for promoting regional innovation ability and accelerating the transition of resources-based cities.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of entrepreneur cempetencies on regional innovation. Taken Shanxi province as example, an empirical study is made to test the theory by panel data model. The theoretical and empirical study show entrepreneurial competency is important for the transition of resmn-ces-based cities.
