新型农村合作医疗参合率可持续性的调查分析——以广东茂名某村为例

Survey on sustainability of the coverage rate of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme:example from Village A in Maoming Guangdong

采用问卷调查与实地访谈的方式对广东茂名某村的新型农村合作医疗参合状况进行调查分析,揭示了当前新型农村合作医疗在参合率高企表象下存在的农民受益水平低、对新农合了解不够、自愿参保率低及新农合经办手段落后、监管力度严重不足等主要问题。对此,提出了保持新型农村合作医疗制度参合率可持续性的建议。

The coverage rate of NRCMS in Village A was investigated using questionnaire and interview. The results showed that there were many problems despite of high coverage rate. The farmers benefited little from NRCMS and had poor knowledge about NRCMS. Many of them were unwilling to participate in NRCMS. In addition, the NRCMS system had poor management and supervision mechanism. We eventually proposed how to maintain high coverage rate of NRCMS.
