摘要
随着石油化工工业的迅速发展,出现了许多新的加工工艺,与此同时,也带来了条件各异的传热工况,使得空冷器的设计更加复杂和差异化。笔者简单介绍了炼油装置中空气冷却器热力学设计的一般原则,并结合实际工程案例就空气冷却器的热力学设计过程中遇到的一些问题及解决方案进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of refining and petrochemical industry,a large number of new processes appear which bring various heat transfer conditions and lead to more complicated and differentiated design of air coolers.In this article,the general principles of thermodynamic design of air coolers are analyzed briefly and some suggestions are introduced in detail based on specific problems in practical project design cases.
