摘要
通过失效分析判断P-107B轴头断裂为疲劳断裂。通过宏观观察、金相组织、化学成分分析方法,推断出新轴系材料组织夹杂物较多、测绘加工不不当,致使退刀槽处产生应力集中,形成疲劳裂纹源,最终导致泵轴在退刀槽部位发生疲劳断裂。
This article analyses and judges the fracture failure of shaft head P-107B as fatigue fracture according to fracture failure analysis.It extrapolates by macroscopic observation,metallographic structure and chemical analysis that the shaft of the pump has fatigue fracture at the position of relief groove because more impurities in the materials of new shafting and improper mapping and machining leads to concentrated stress in relief groove and source of fatigue crack.
