摘要 子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)是雌激素依赖性疾病,芳香化酶是雌激素合成的关键酶。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,芳香化酶抑制剂(Aromatase inhibitors,AIs)不论在治疗育龄期还是绝经后在子宫内膜异位症中均起作用。现就芳香化酶抑制剂的作用机理、治疗女性不同阶段子宫内膜异位症的临床应用及副作用方面进行综述。 Endometriosis （EMs） is an estrogen-dependent disease, and aromatase is the key enzyme in the biosynthesis of estrogen. In reccent years, studies showed that aromatase inhibitors （AIs） have been used effectively to treat patients with endometriosis of any age. This review aims to assess the rationale, the medical management and side effects of aromatase inhibitors in the treatment of endometriosis.
