北京市东城区已建健康档案居民的社区卫生服务需求调查

Investigation on the demands for community health care in residents with health records in Dongcheng District of Beijing City

目的了解辖区已建立健康档案的居民对社区卫生服务的需求,为保证辖区社区卫生服务的健康运行提供依据。方法随机抽取辖区1087人已建立健康档案的居民,采用问卷调查的方法进行调查,针对调查结果进行分析。结果东城区居民对社区卫生服务的使用率较高,达94.66%。居民对"六位一体"总体工作的需求较强,其中对健康教育讲座、增加药品品种、提供中医适宜技术、慢病随访管理、计划免疫等方面服务需求更为集中,其他各项需求较分散。结论本调查较好的反映了辖区已建立健康档案居民对社区卫生服务的需求情况,使社区卫生服务工作的开展更有针对性,有利于提升社区卫生服务服务能力。

Objective To investigate the demand for community health care （CHC） of the residents with health records. Methods The demands of 1 087 residents selected randomly were investigated by questionnaire. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The utilization rate of CHC for the residents was up to 94.66%. They have high demands for CHC six-in-one service, which was highly concentrated on health lecture, drugs, suitable tech- nology, chronic diseases management, planning immunity. Other demands are relative dispersed. Conclusion The in- vestigation reveals the residents＇ CHC demands exactly, which can help improve the community health care service.
