输尿管镜钬激光碎石术并发症的观察及护理

The care for complications of holmium laser lithotripsy

目的观察输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的并发症，探讨其护理措施。方法回顾分析我院泌尿外科2011年2-6月收治的78例行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的输尿管结石患者的临床资料。结果65例患者一次碎石成功。2例发生结石移位，4例出现肉眼血尿，2例出现严重肾绞痛，2例术后发生严重膀胱痉挛，2例术后出现发热、寒战等感染症状，1例发生尿外渗。结论加强碎石技术操作和术后严密观察、及时发现并发症并采取针对性的护理措施能提高手术的成功率，促使患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the nursing care for complications of holmium laser lithotripsy. Meth- ods Complications of 78 patients with ureter stones treated with the line ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy from February 2011 to June 2011 were analyzed retropectively. Results 65 patients were successful only once on the grav- el. Stones shift in 2 patients, gross hematufia occurred in 4 patients, severe renal colic occurred in 2 patients, severe postoperative bladder spasm in 2 patients, fever, chills and other symptoms of infection in 2 patients, urinary extravasa- tion in 1 patient. Conclusion Improving lithotripsy skills and close observation, can detect complications and take appropriate care measures early, and hence improve the success rate of surgery and prompt speedy recovery.
