Improvements of method for thyroid operation

目的 :为了满足现代人对甲状腺手术质量不断提高的要求 ,对如何改进甲状腺手术的方法进行探讨。方法 :采用我们设计改良的甲状腺手术方法对 12 5 9甲状腺疾病进行手术治疗。结果 :在创伤、疗效、手术并发症 ,康复时间 ,美观方面 ,本方法优于传统手术方法。结论 :此改良的甲状腺手术方法在甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺机能亢进症和未侵犯真包膜外的分化型甲状腺癌的手术治疗中值得推广应用。

Objective:In order to find out a better method for thyroid operation to satisfy the demand of modern people.Methods:1259 cases of thyroid disease were treated by the improved method of thyroid operation.Result:About wound,effect,complication of operation,recovery time and beauty,the improved method is better than the traditional method for thyroid operation.Conclusion:This improved method of thyroid operation is more suitable to the operative treatment of thyroid adenoma,nodudar goiter,hyperthyroidism,no extracapsular spread of papillary throid carcinoma and follicular carcinoma.
