中西医结合治疗骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation of osteoarthritis treated by integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy

目的观察通痹汤联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗骨关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法将120例骨关节炎患者随机分为2组。对照组60例采用口服双醋瑞因胶囊治疗,治疗组60例在对照组基础上加用通痹汤。2组均以4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对患者疼痛症状进行评分比较,并观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率75.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。2组治疗后VAS评分与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组对疼痛症状改善优于对照组。结论通痹汤联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗OA可明显增强临床疗效,改善患者肢体症状,减少单独应用双醋瑞因胶囊而产生的药物副反应,缩短病程,降低致残率。

Objective To observe the effect of Tongbi decoction combined with diacerein capsule on the treatment of Ostearthritis.Methods 120 cases of osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n=60) were orally given diacerein capsule.Treatment were(n=60) given Tongbi decoction combined with diacerein capsule.The course was four weeks in two groups.The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS) score before and after treatment were compared for evaluation of effect after two courses.Results There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate and VAS score(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group.Conclusion Tongbi decoction combined with diacerein capsule can improve obviously clinical effect and limb symptoms,reduce alone diacerein capsules-induced drug side effects,shorten the course and reduce disability on the treatment of Ostearthritis.
