摘要
用微分脉冲极谱法研究四环素的电化学行为,选出最宜测定条件;研制了四环素-PVC膜离子选择性电极,并试验其特性及Nernst响应范围。本法应用于制剂中四环素的测定,选择性好,干扰少,毋须分离,方法简便快速。
The electrochemical behaviour of tetracycline (TC) was investi-gated by differential pulse polarography. The optimum conditions for the deter-mination of TC were selected. The construction and performance characteristicsof a PVC membrane TC ion selective electrode were also reported. The twocited methods, with detection limit 8.0×10^(-7) and 2.0×10^(-7) mol/L have beenapplied to the determination of TC in pharmaceutical preparations to givecomparable results.
