新式剖宫产手术方式的探讨(附52例分析)

新式剖宫产是一种精简的外科手术 ,其特点是采用 Joel- Cohen方法开腹 ,撕拉法分离皮下脂肪、腹膜、膀胱返折腹膜及子宫肌层 ,单层缝合子宫下段切口 ,不缝合膀胱返折腹膜与腹膜 ,腹壁切口仅缝 3针。本文对比观察 5 2例新式剖宫产与 5 4例下腹纵切口子宫下段剖腹产 ,两组在手术时间、胎儿娩出时间、术中出血、术后胃肠功能恢复时间等方面经统计学处理有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。新式剖宫产术具有手术时间短 ,出血少 ,术后恢复快等优点 ,值得推广。

The new method of cesarean section is a refined simple surgical operation The characteristics of this method are the Joel Cohen laparotomy,splitting and dividing the subcutentous fat,the visceral peritoneum and peritoneum and uterine muscle,one layer suturing of low transverse uterine incision,non closing the visceral peritoneum and peritoneum and closure of the abdominal wall with three stitches We compared this method(n=52) with low abdomen vertical low segment cesarean section(n=54) There are greatly significant differences(P<0 01) between two methods in following conditions:operative time,delivery time of the fetus,operative blood loss,postoperative recovery time of bowel movement and so on The new method cesarean section has the following advantages:less opeative time,less bleeding and quickly postoperatire recovery,so it is worth spreading
