Study on Architectural Design of City Complex in Southern of Fujian——Take Powerlong City Square For Example

城市综合体是未来我国房地产发展的重要形式。近几年来,在国家调控房地产业的情况下,闽南城市综合体的发展仍然迅速。本文在概述闽南地区城市综合体发展现状后,以晋江宝龙城市广场为例,对于其功能定位、内外部交通组织设计进行分析研究,最后分析晋江宝龙城市广场与晋江城市文化之间的关系。

City complex is a important form for the development of China real estate in the future. Recently years, under the condition of national regulators, the development of City complex in the Southern of Fujian is still rapidly. First of all, this paper summarizes the current situation of the development of City complex in the Southern of Fujian. And then take Powerlong City Square for example, analyze its function, internal and exter- nal traffic organization design . Finally, study on the relationship between Powerlong City Square and the culture of Jinxing.
