摘要 运行工况下,赤峰热电厂1号发电机组振动随负荷的增加而增大。通过深入的检测分析,发现发电机转子同一槽内相邻通风孔连续堵塞19个,占本槽总孔数的37.25%,楔下垫条的窜动移位导致转子发生热不平衡,从而造成振动。为此赤峰热电厂对发电机转子进行了拔护环检查,发现4~8槽楔下垫条磨损且尺寸不足,将其更换。回装后转子通风道检测试验合格。机组B级检修并网发电运行180 d,且状况良好。 The vibration increases with the increasing of load in No. 1 turbine set of Chifeng Thermal Power Plant. By further detection and analysis it is found that 19 successive vents became plugged in the same trough, which totals 37.25% of all vents. The transloca- tion of filler strip under the wedge is the real reason that caused the thermal unbalance inducing vibration. According to this, Chifeng Thermal Power Plant have checked the pull-retaining ring, and found that 4 -- 8 slot wedge cushion strip wearing, and not in proper shape. Rotor ventilation test is qualified after reinstallation. After B-class repair, the unit grid-connected operates 180 d and it is in good condition.
