防城港企沙港区东侧人工岛布置要素分析

防城港市在广西区域经济整体格局中,凭借其独特的资源、区位和政策优势,正逐渐成为广西最重要的经济核心区之一。随着港口的发展,已开发的渔澫港区受到两侧水域的限制,陆域纵深偏窄,企沙半岛由于钢铁基地的规划建设又占去大量的港口岸线、陆域资源,使发展钢铁下游产业以及大型临海工业受到一定的制约,为更好地发挥防城港的区位、资源优势,通过在企沙半岛东侧规划建设大型人工岛缓解资源的不足。

With the unique resources, location and policy advantages, Fangchenggang city is becoming one of the most important economic core areas in the whole Guangxi regional economy. With the port development, the land width of Port Yugang is narrowed by both sides of the water. Meanwhile, due to the planning and construction of the steel base, a large number of Qisha Peninsula＇s port coastline and land resources are occupied and thus restrict the development of steel downstream industries and large-scale maritime industries. The planning and construction of large artificial island at Qisha east of Fangcheng port will ease the shortage of resources to better utilize the advantages of the location and resources of Fangcheng port.
