摘要
用不同浓度CaCl2溶液浸种,分析其对4℃低温下麻疯树种子萌发特性及丙二醛和相对电导率的影响。结果表明:10 mmol/L CaCl2溶液处理的种子相对于对照和其他处理,其发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、发芽率均较高,同时丙二醛含量和相对电导率又较低。说明适量浓度的Ca2+处理能促进低温胁迫下麻疯树种子的萌发,且有利于维持细胞膜的稳定性和完整性。
The effects of seed soaking with different concentrations of CaCl2 on the germination properties of Jatropha curcas seeds, MDA content and relative electrical conductivity under 4℃ low temperature stress were studied. The results showed that the seed soaking with 10 mmol/L concentration of CaC12 treatment could increase the vigor of germination, germination index, vigor index and germination rate compared to the control and other treatments, and it could simultaneously reduce the MDA content and relative electrical conductivity of Jatropha curcas seeds under 4℃ low temperature. It was concluded that soaking the seeds with appropriate concentration of calcium could promote the germination of Jatropha curcas seeds and maintain cell membrane integrity and stability under low temperature stress condition.
