云南林业产业结构偏离份额分析

Shift-Share Analysis of Forestry Industry Structure in Yunnan Province

以云南和全国林业产业产值的时间序列数据为支撑,采用动态偏离份额分析方法,分析云南林业产业结构和产业竞争力存在的问题。结果表明:林业产业的第一层次整体竞争力水平较高,但产业结构不合理,第一产业竞争力水平高,第二和第三产业竞争力水平低;第二层次中第一和第二产业内涉林产业结构合理,但第三产业内涉林产业结构不合理,第二和第三产业内主要涉林产业竞争力水平低。

Base on the time serial data of forestry industry in both Yunnan Province and in whole China, the structure of forestry industry and the problems related to forestry industry competition in Yunnan Province were ana- lyzed by means of dynamic Shift-Share Analysis method. The results showed that the overall competition capacity of the forestry industry in Yunnan Province was higher, but the industrial structure was irrational, i. e. , the first in- dustry competitiveness level was high, while the competitiveness level of the second and the tertiary industries was low among the first layer of industries. Among the second layer forestry industries in Yunnan Province, the structure of the first industry and the second forestry relevant industry was rational, but the forestry industry structure in the tertiary forestry industry was not rational, which resulted in the low competitiveness of the second and the tertiary industries in Yunnan Provicne.
